Return & Refund Policy 

Order Cancellation

At Harper and Rae, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes after placement. After this time, your order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Returns are not accepted when two or more identical products are purchased in different sizes with the intent to try and return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (at your own expense), and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Important Note on Fulfillment

Harper and Rae works with multiple warehouses worldwide, including locations in Asia, to ensure efficient shipping and delivery. Depending on your order, items may be fulfilled from one of these warehouses.
